We are happy to help, we will come to your property to assess the scope of work, discuss the changes you would like and the feasibility of these. We will never proceed with any type of work if there is a risk to the original construction and will fully disclose any pitfalls that may occur.
Any renovations or extensions will be matched to ensure similarity to original construction to ensure continuity of the whole house, we will ensure that the new construction matches well with the rest of the property with modern technology and ideas used.

Have a large block with development potential? We at A & M Construction can liaise directly with the council for subdivision approvals, with the water corporation and electrical companies to ensure the site is ready to go for design (refer to design work below if required) and construction. Let us take all the hassle of complicated paperwork off your shoulders, all our paperwork submissions are carefully checked with quick turnaround to get the ball rolling quickly & efficiently for you.
Design Work :
We have a skilled architect who can design your dream house, he will sit with you to discuss what you would like and design according to your plot size and location to provide you with the best outcome and utilization of your chosen block. Our architect will ensure that you fall in love with the final design as well as ensuring compliance with all relevant standards to ensure no future problems with construction. All relevant compliances and certificates will be applied for before any construction work is conducted and you as the client will be kept in the loop at every stage of the process.
